We ship with GLS to parcel shops or private addresses every weekday.

Returns are made via our returns portal - quickly, easily and without you having to spend money on a new order.

You will receive a QR code that the parcel shop will scan and print for you (return shipping 39 DKK)

Return portal

• A pre-order means that you can order the shoe before it actually lands in our warehouse.
• The product title states when the shoe is expected to be delivered to us.
  You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped.
• If your pre-order is placed on an order with other items, the entire order will only be shipped together once the pre-order has arrived with us.

We therefore recommend that you order your items in 2 orders if you cannot wait.

1. Place a new order for the desired color/size so we can quickly get the right ones shipped.

2. Pack the shoes neatly back into the shoe box (in the same condition as when you received them)

3. Place them in the shipped plastic bag/box and attach the prepaid return label that was included in the shipment.
NB! Do not put a return label on the shoe box, as we will need it again :)

4. Drop off at the nearest parcel shop or post office.
