Practical info about delivery, exchange and return, complaints/claims, sizes, waterproofing, impregnation, stock status, etc.

Delivery & order status
- Orders are typically packed the same business day. You will receive tracking from GLS.
- Default: GLS PakkeShop. If you want to change it, reply to the order email quickly - we will do our best if the package has not been sent yet.
Note: Uncollected packages will be credited minus a handling fee (currently DKK 60).
Return & Exchange (30 days)
- Go to the returns portal .
- Select Return or Exchange and complete the flow.
- Use the QR code at the parcel shop – they will print the label for you . This ensures that your case is matched correctly.
- Return shipping: DKK 39 (refund deducted) for regular returns.
- Exchange: We will send the new one as soon as the old one has been returned and scanned. Price is automatically kept.
- Have you already used an attached label? Don't panic – we'll find your package via tracking.
Complaints / Claim (free return)
Defect, packaging error or quality problem? Use our dedicated claims flow:
- Open the claims portal .
- Select Complaint , upload clear pictures and description.
- You will receive a free QR code for the parcel shop (they will print the label for you).
We will send a replacement/replacement as soon as the scan is registered. Alternatively, we can offer compensation if that suits you better.
Price adjustment (within 7 days)
If the price of an identical item (same model/color/size) drops within 7 days of your purchase, we will match the difference once per order. Please reply to your order email for quick assistance.
- Does not apply to promotions with limited stock, sold out variants or after 7 days.
Impregnation & care
- SnowRider / TerraStorm: Can be lightly impregnated (regular textile impregnation). Not a requirement for waterproofness.
- FreeFlow / CAS / ASK: Easily withstands impregnation; ASK has water-repellent microfiber - the glitter material is less water-repellent .
- Slippers (BUP): Impregnation is not necessary.
- Clean with a damp cloth. Avoid direct heat sources for drying.
Stock, drops & revaluation
- Sold out sizes can be returned via cancellations/exchanges. Use “Notify” on the product page – you will receive an email if your size becomes available again.
- New drops are announced in the newsletter (winter boots typically in the fall). Sign up for a head start and possible pre-orders.
Showroom, pickup & drop-off
- The showroom is closed to visitors - but you can return it in our outdoor box in front of the entrance: code 2508 .

- Alternatively: use GLS via the returns/claims portal for traceability.
