How to return an item

At AANKL Footwear you get a 30-day right of return – that's 14 days more than the legal requirement. We want to make it easy for you to change your mind.

Make it easy for yourself:
Go to our returns portal and follow the steps – it's super easy, and you no longer have to pay for a new order yourself .

We will refund the return amount to the account used for payment.

We process return orders almost every weekday and will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Typically, you will receive the money back in your account within 5 banking days - however, some card types can take up to 30 days. This is completely normal and unfortunately not something we can speed up.

Return shipping: You pay the return shipping of DKK 39 yourself.

Complaints

If you need to complain about a product, you can do so via our portal:

Package error

If you unexpectedly receive an incorrect item, please contact us directly at hello@aankl.com and follow the instructions you receive.
Do not use the returns portal in case of packaging errors or complaints - otherwise the return shipping fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
